The Loire Valley is referred to as "the garden of France" due to the abundance of vineyards, fruit orchards and vegetable fields that line the banks of the river. The heart of the Loire Valley is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and its food has unique characteristics and flavours.
This four-course wine-paired dinner will transport you to France without the air travel. An amuse-bouche (starter nibble) and after-dessert mignardise (one sweet bite) are also included.
