Join us at Casel Marché on November 15 for our second year hosting the Bicycles For Humanity (Calgary Chapter) annual fundraiser, Wine and Wheels.
J. Webb Wine Merchant has assembled a selection of stellar wines crafted by small family producers who operate their estates sustainably and with great care for the land and vines. You won't find any corporate, industrially produced wines here. These gems epitomize the true craftsmanship of winemaking and a sense of responsibility to the land that remains a small but growing piece of the world wine market. You prefer to shop 'locally' for your groceries and it's possible to apply the same principles and values of the 'buy local' movement to your wine purchases by supporting producers who respect their local environments and communities.
Tickets for this tasting are $60 and include wine and small bites catered by Cassis Bistro. There is also an exciting lineup of silent auction items and draw prizes.
We hope you'll join us in supporting the truly inspiring work of Bicycles for Humanity - empowering people through increasing their mobility via donated bikes. The vision of B4H has resulted in numerous projects and highly successful local partnerships in several African countries. The Calgary chapter has contributed immensely to the organization and this fundraising evening will also be an opportunity to learn more about the work that's been accomplished and what is on the horizon - and how you can get involved.
